There are so many different types of workplace discrimination happening in Southwest Florida. Discrimination happens anytime an employer, manager or business owner treats a worker or potential employee unfavorably because of some type of prejudice. If a business owner refuses to hire somebody because of his or her race or country of national origin, that’s discrimination.
